This daylong conference rolled out new research by Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and work by local cultural/environmental groups including those from the Cape Ann Climate Coalition and Town Green. The focus, made possible by a research grant from NOAA, is on the conditions that make adaptation to climate induced changes possible: governance, finance, infrastructure, and community engagement.
