SAVE GREEN– Building an affordable, electrified Cape Ann by working directly with residents through education, coaching, and one-to-one support with free energy coaching
Since 2022, the Cape Ann Climate Coalition’s Save Green Program has been helping households on Cape Ann save energy. The work is funded by grants from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC). The Save Green program focuses on supporting people through energy programs. Free energy coaches are available to meet with people of all incomes and landlords, to share information on money saving energy options, attend energy assessments, advocate for them, and help walk them through energy upgrades. This also includes assistance with solar, electric vehicles, EV chargers, and other programs that reduce energy and lower greenhouse gas emissions. The energy coaches help people step-by-step.
